AeroShield guarantees you a refund in 3 days after the payment in case you could not use the Service (VPN or Smart DNS). This means that if you have some issues with the Service (VPN or Smart DNS) you can ask our technical support and our team will help you.
In case our support confirms the issue with the service (VPN or Smart DNS) you will get a refund.
By using AeroShield Service (VPN or Smart DNS) we mean the connection to one of our VPN servers with your VPN account data or your IP that is authorized in the system (Smart DNS admin area).
